Dr Ulrich Liedvogel
Principal GP - BMed FRACGP
Dr Liedvogel is an experienced General Practitioner specialising in the management and rehabilitation of Acute Injuries. He is a thrill-seeker with a passion for adventure sports and has travelled to remote locations for Medical Locum and foreign aid positions to assist people in need. Dr Liedvogel is the owner and Principal Doctor at the Heights Medical Practice & Hunter Acute Injury Management Unit at Newcastle Private Hospital. As a procedural GP, he assists numerous surgeons in theatre operations including all Genesis Spinal Cord Stimulation surgeries.
Dr Liedvogel’s flexible approach to medicine centres around his beliefs that treatment options need to be customised to suit each individual, stimulating his interest in developing therapies available through research. He has worked with Genesis since 2016 with his primary interests being in musculoskeletal pain management studies

Emily Mulcahy
Medical Secretary
Emily is a medical secretary for The Heights Medical Practice and HAIM unit within Newcastle Private Hospital. Before becoming a part of THMP team, Emily worked at a pharmacy assistant, followed by a medical clerk within the hospital.
Emily previously studied nursing at The University of Newcastle, completing her AIN qualifications. Outside of work and study, Emily enjoys fitness, travelling, music, chai teas and spending quality time with friends and family.

Tricia Mulcahy
Practice Manager
Tricia is our Practice Manager, joining our team in 2017. Born in Adelaide and spending a good portion of her career within the travel and tourism industry. She has been working within healthcare for more than ten years. Firstly, as a Medical Receptionist with the Nelson Bay Medical Group, then relocating to Newcastle where she commenced employment with Newcastle Dermatology as a Specalist Medical Receptionist and then Practice Manager.When Tricia is not working she enjoys travelling, experiencing new cultures & cuisines and spending time with family and friends.
